Overview

As a Domain Analyst-Assistant Director at EY, you will develop deep domain expertise (e.g., technology, sustainability) and provide strategic insights to drive client growth. You’ll work with the Domain Lead Analyst to deliver impactful analysis for senior stakeholders, shaping EY’s perspective on client issues. You will lead insights creation, collaborate across domains, and coach team members, contributing to cross-functional business development and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a subject-matter expert within specific topic areas
• Provide commercial perspectives on issues to senior stakeholders and clients
• Present to internal stakeholders and support domain leaders for client meetings
• Create commercial impact by activating content across EY networks and identifying opportunities
• Collaborate with domain stakeholders to support business development and service delivery
• Co-create and present insights clearly; lead creation of insights within areas of specialization
• Identify cross-domain collaboration opportunities and share insights with the wider teams
• Synthesize multiple perspectives to develop market-relevant insights
• Identify trends and translate them into market-facing initiatives
• Coach junior team members in research, analysis, data analytics, and visualization

Key requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in a professional services or similar environment
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities
• Ability to influence senior clients and internal decision-makers
• Self-starter able to bring new ideas for insights to leadership
• Collaborative with experience working in a global, multicultural setting
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to explain complex concepts clearly
