You’ll shape advisory and transactional work across agricultural land, renewable energy projects, and strategic rural matters, while building long‑term client relationships. You will mentor junior colleagues and drive business development to expand the Bournemouth office. Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a specialist caseload in rural and energy sectors
• Oversee agricultural land transactions and estate management
• Lead renewable energy projects and infrastructure work
• Advise landowners, developers on strategic rural matters
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Take a lead role in business development initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in Rural, Agriculture, or Energy work
• Strong technical knowledge and sector understanding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of high-value work and client retention
• Leadership experience and ability to grow a team
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Strong presence in the local or national market
