Overview
In this role you will lead and develop a specialist team to turn data into insight for space management. You will shape a modern, data-led approach to space intelligence and advocate for data as a strategic asset to support the Estates Strategy. You will influence complex decisions with analytical thinking, while fostering people development and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
- Provide strong people leadership and staff development for the analytics team
- Develop and embed high-quality analysis, innovation, and continuous improvement across the team
- Establish and advance a data-led approach to space intelligence
- Develop new analytical methodologies and introduce BI and data visualization tools
- Ensure data is treated as a strategic asset to support the Estates Strategy
- Influence complex decision-making with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with university objectives
