Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of property-related disputes
• Oversee co-ownership, neighbour issues, lease and tenancy disputes, and possession claims
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, trainees, and paralegals
• Support high-volume tenancy management work (disrepair, ASB injunctions, leaseholder claims)
• Work with partners on complex matters and build strong client relationships
• Contribute to team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives

Key requirements

• 3-4 years PQE in property litigation
• Experience handling residential and commercial contentious property matters
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
