Associate/Senior Associate – Property Litigation – Bristol

Overview

In this role you will develop a specialist charity property litigation practice, advising charities and not-for-profit groups on complex disputes. You will handle landlord/tenant issues, lease-related matters, and boundary and possession disputes, while collaborating with property, private wealth and charity specialists. You’ll contribute to client relationships and business development, within a nationally recognised firm that values collaboration, innovation and diversity. Responsibilities

• Advise charity and not-for-profit clients on contentious property matters
• Handle disputes including landlord/tenant issues, lease renewals, rent reviews, boundaries and access rights
• Manage matters such as adverse possession, trespass, possession proceedings, and third-party property interests
• Collaborate with specialists across property, private wealth and charity law to provide joined-up advice
• Engage in client relationship management and business development initiatives

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with proven Property Litigation experience
• Associate or Senior Associate level capable of managing complex matters independently
• Strong technical expertise with a commercial, pragmatic approach
• Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
• Interest in the charity and not-for-profit sector; sector experience welcomed but not essential
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for growing a specialist practice
