Overview
In this role you will specialise in property litigation for social housing clients, partnering with registered providers and housing authorities. You will manage a caseload with supervision, support senior lawyers, and advise on housing management disputes. You’ll draft pleadings and documents, represent clients in court and mediations, and contribute to business development. Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
- Support senior lawyers on complex matters
- Advise clients on housing management issues and disputes
- Draft pleadings, correspondence and legal documentation
- Represent clients at court hearings and mediations
- Contribute to business development and client relationship activities
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or FCILEX with 0-3 Years PQE
- Experience or strong interest in property litigation and/or social housing law
- Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Proactive, collaborative and client focused approach
