Overview
In this role you will join a growing Private Funds practice in London, focusing on the establishment, structuring and ongoing matters of private investment funds. You will work closely with tax, regulatory, corporate and other teams on domestic and international matters, supporting fundraising and drafting fund documentation. The role offers broad exposure to transactional private funds work and client-facing opportunities across a reputable international firm. You will develop technical expertise while building client relationships and contributing to business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- establishment and structuring of closed-ended investment funds
- drafting and negotiating fund documentation and investor side letters

Key requirements
- 1–3 PQE in private funds
- experience of private funds at an international or leading UK/regional firm
- ideally experience with closed-ended private funds
