Overview
In this Property Litigation Solicitor/Associate role, you will handle a varied caseload on behalf of property owners, developers, housing providers and commercial landlords. You will work within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm that supports career development. You will tackle disputes across landlord-tenant issues, lease renewals, rent reviews and related litigation, shaping outcomes for clients. This is a growth-focused opportunity where you contribute to business development and client relationships while mentoring junior colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including landlord-tenant disputes, lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession actions and trespass/squatter claims
- Advise property owners, developers, housing providers and commercial landlords
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and progress court proceedings
- Support junior team members and contribute to team development
- Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives
Key requirements
- At least 2 years’ PQE in property litigation
- Strong academic background and technical legal expertise
- Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Client-focused, commercially aware and team-oriented mindset
