As a Rural or Energy Partner/Senior Associate in Taunton, you will lead a specialist caseload across agricultural and renewable energy matters within a forward-thinking, employee-owned firm. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a specialist caseload in agricultural land transactions and estate management
• Oversee renewable energy projects and infrastructure matters
• Provide landowner and developer advisory services
• Advise on strategic land and commercial rural issues
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships
• Lead business development initiatives
• Mentor and support junior team members

Key requirements

• 8+ years PQE in Rural, Agriculture, or Energy work
• Strong technical knowledge and sector understanding
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of high-value work and client retention
• Leadership experience and ability to grow a team
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach
• Strong presence in the local or national market
