DBT Snowflake Data Engineer

Overview

In this role you will architect and optimize modern cloud data platforms to support data-driven decision making. You will build scalable ELT pipelines with DBT and design Snowflake data warehouses, enabling reliable data access for cross-functional teams. You’ll implement data quality checks, performance tuning, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust data models. This position offers hands-on work on cutting-edge data platforms within a global digital transformation practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using DBT
• Design, develop and optimize Snowflake data warehouse solutions
• Create and manage dimensional and data mart models
• Implement data quality testing and monitoring frameworks
• Perform query tuning and performance optimization in Snowflake
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Support CI/CD deployment processes for data solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve production data issues

• Strong hands-on experience with DBT
• Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse
• Advanced SQL development and performance tuning
• Data modelling Star Schema and Dimensional Modelling
• Experience with ELT/ETL concepts
• Git version control and CI/CD practices
