Marketing Data Analyst

Overview

In this role you will develop and enhance Power BI reporting using CRM, finance, and other data to support Arup’s Marketing, Communications, and Business Development functions. You will collaborate with leadership to define reporting requirements and evolve the Marketing Data Warehouse, incorporating Marketo data and digital channels. You’ll apply analytics to CRM and other tools, explore AI-driven insights, and partner with Arup’s analytics community to improve work-winning processes. Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports leveraging CRM, finance, and other data for MCBD stakeholders
• Define reporting requirements with leadership and elicit feedback on solutions
• Coordinate and evolve the Marketing Data Warehouse and integrate Marketo, website, and social data
• Enhance CRM and other tooling configurations to enable accurate reporting
• Explore AI to support reporting development and generate growth insights
• Collaborate with analytics community on predictive modeling and data-driven insights for work-winning
• Support data cleaning and data management practices across marketing and client systems

Key requirements

• Power BI experience with strong Excel skills
• Interest in Python, Databricks, and SQL querying
• Experience with CRM and/or finance data
• Data cleaning and preparation capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
