Overview

As Senior Product Manager, International Supply, you own end-to-end market launches across Europe, turning carrier and market opportunities into seamless customer experiences. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Legal, Finance and GTM to ship value at scale, balancing existing integrations with net-new markets. You’ll define success metrics, use data to prioritise, and embed AI approaches to speed impact. This role sits at the crossroads of partnerships, tech integrations and customer experience, shaping Trainline’s international growth and sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, scoping and delivery of new market launches from problem framing to customer-facing experience
  • Understand and implement carrier/market integrations so complexity is invisible to customers
  • Prioritise investments across the supply portfolio, deciding where to deepen, improve or launch new markets
  • Coordinate across two squads, aligning priorities and maintaining depth where it matters most
  • Define and track key success metrics and use data to drive decisions
  • Collaborate with Commercial to understand market economics, commissions and partner dynamics
  • Work with Engineering on API integrations and technical constraints
  • Embed AI tools and approaches to accelerate value delivery to customers
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, GTM and Marketing to set launches up for success from day one

Key requirements

  • PM experience across multiple European markets with launches or scaling in a multi-market environment
  • End-to-end understanding of customer problems from technical integration to customer experience
  • Experience managing a portfolio of integrations or partnerships
  • Strong metrics mindset with ability to prioritize based on insights
  • Solid understanding of APIs and high-level integration work with engineers
  • Experience working across multiple squads and managing competing priorities
  • Strong commercial awareness including commission structures and partner economics
  • Confidence using AI tools to improve speed and quality of work
  • Travel industry knowledge or familiarity is a plus
