Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters (acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant transactions, leases, development projects)
  • Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients
  • Liaise with clients, agents and other professionals
  • Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture
  • Contribute to business development and raise the team’s profile
  • Mentor and support junior team members as required

Key requirements

  • Ideally 2-5 years’ PQE in commercial property (flexibility considered)
  • Strong technical and drafting skills
  • Confidence handling complex matters independently
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
