Responsibilities
- Lead complex Real Estate Finance transactions for lenders, borrowers or sponsors
- Manage matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
- Oversee transactions from inception to completion
- Collaborate with Built Environment team across related disciplines
Key requirements
- Qualified solicitor with 6+ years PQE in Real Estate Finance
- Experience acting for lenders, borrowers or both
- Strong technical, drafting and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with autonomous transaction management
- Proven ability to develop client relationships
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
