Responsibilities

• Handle high-value Real Estate Finance transactions, including cross-border matters
• Manage complex REF transactions for HNW clients
• Develop business and relationships with clients and referrers
• Take ownership of matters and work independently within a close-knit team
• Contribute to the growth of the practice and firm
• Leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency in matter delivery

Key requirements

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with Real Estate Finance experience
• Strong technical grounding in Real Estate and/or REF transactions
• Experience in business development and relationship-building
• Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of working independently
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial, non-traditional law firm environment
• Ability to engage with clients and the market
