Technical Engineer – Cookstown

£30,000£45,000 – Monday to Friday

Black Fox Solutions are recruiting for a Technical Engineer to join a leading construction manufacturer based in Cookstown.

This role is open to recent graduates and experienced engineers, with excellent opportunities for training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical quotations.
• Complete load assessments and structural calculations.
• Recommend standard and bespoke lintel solutions.
• Produce calculations for Building Control approval.
• Provide technical support to customers by phone and email.
• Attend occasional site visits and prepare technical reports.
• Work closely with customers, contractors and internal teams.

Criteria

• Degree/background in Structural, Civil, Building Engineering or Architectural Technology.
• Construction/building industry knowledge.
• Experience with AutoCAD and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Graduate or experienced candidates considered.
