We are hiring for our client, a respected multi-site construction, engineering, and manufacturing group, seeking an experienced Group SHEQ Advisor to lead Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality activities across their operations. This Group SHEQ Advisor role is a fantastic opportunity for a SHEQ professional ready to step up from a site-based function into a Group-wide, senior-facing position with genuine scope for career progression.

The Role:
Act as the primary point of contact for all SHEQ matters across the Group
Maintain and improve the Integrated Management System, supporting ISO and 45001 compliance
Conduct audits, inspections and incident investigations, ensuring corrective actions are closed out
Develop and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Deliver SHEQ inductions, toolbox talks and training across the business
Manage contractor and subcontractor compliance, including PQQs and competency records
Prepare SHEQ reports and KPI data for senior management
The Person:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Health & Safety qualification
3-5 years’ experience in a SHEQ, Health & Safety, Compliance or Quality role
Strong working knowledge of ISO and 45001 standards
Experience conducting audits, inspections and investigations
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK Driving Licence

£42k to £48k, dependent on experience
