What You Will Do
- Fabricate and weld trailer components to precise specifications
- Read and interpret technical and engineering drawings
- Operate welding equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently
- Carry out quality checks to maintain our market-leading standards
- Work closely with your team to meet production goals
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in MIG welding and fabrication (ideally heavy manufacturing)
- Ability to read engineering drawings confidently
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Welding/Fabrication (preferred but not essential)

Location: Toome
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 16:30pm – 40 hrs/week – enjoy your Fridays off (with overtime available if you want it).
Pay: We have three pay bands. Operators can progress by meeting set criteria. A monthly performance bonus is paid after couple of weeks, based on efficiency.
