Global Corporate Counsel – Strategy & Governance

Wise, a global technology company, seeks a senior corporate lawyer to lead governance, regulatory, and strategic transactions across multiple jurisdictions. You will advise on capital markets, dual-listed structures, and corporate development, partnering with Investor Relations, Treasury and Finance teams.

You will coordinate across UK, EU and US entities, drafting complex agreements and steering governance across the group while mentoring junior lawyers.
