Head of Management Accounting: Fast Close & Controls

Equals is seeking a Head of Management Accounting in Greater London to own the group month-end close, manage the transactional finance engine (AP, AR, Payroll) and drive a fast, well-controlled close. You will design and publish a comprehensive set of management accounts for all entities and cost centres, ensuring data quality and strong governance.

You will lead a mid-senior finance team, shorten close cycles, and provide insightful commentary to support Board decisions and strategic planning.
