Project Worker – Prospect CWS
Salary: £14.00 – £14.61 per hour
Hours: 16H/week
Service: Mental Health & Addiction Services
We are seeking compassionate and motivated Project Workers to join our Mental Health & Addiction Services team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support adults experiencing mental health challenges and addiction-related issues, helping them achieve positive outcomes through a strengths-based, person-centred approach.
As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and recovery-focused environment where service users can develop the skills, resilience, and confidence to lead fulfilling lives.
About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will:
Build positive, trusting relationships with service users.
Support individuals to achieve their personal recovery goals and maintain their wellbeing.
Assist service users in developing independent living skills, including budgeting, meal preparation, shopping, and tenancy sustainment.
Deliver person-centred support plans, risk assessments, and wellbeing plans.
Facilitate and support therapeutic, social, and community-based activities.
Promote social inclusion, independence, and positive health choices.
Advocate for service users while encouraging self-advocacy and empowerment.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to effective communication within the team.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to achieve the best outcomes for service users.

Have the ability to build positive relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of people.
Can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Have good organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Are committed to promoting dignity, respect, equality, and inclusion.
Previous experience in supported housing, mental health, social care, addiction services, or community support is desirable, although applications from individuals with relevant transferable skills are also encouraged.
