Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant (Days) to join our Care team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Supporting residents with personal care and daily routinesProviding companionship and emotional supportEncouraging independence, choice, and dignityAssisting with meals, activities, and wellbeingWorking as part of a supportive team to deliver outstanding careBuilding positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Working pattern
12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
