Strategic Assets & Estate Leader (Hybrid/London)

BD Group is seeking an experienced Head of Assets & Estate to lead strategic and operational management of LondonEast-UK, ensuring the estate is safe, compliant, commercially successful and ready for growth.

This senior role covers asset strategy, tenant and lease management, compliance, facilities management, capital investment and commercial performance across a complex multi-occupier estate. Hybrid working and on-site leadership are expected.
