Senior Marine Design Engineer – Vessels & Composites

Marine Resources in Southampton is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to lead vessel and system designs across projects. You will develop 3D models, generate production drawings, and ensure design-for-manufacture across tooling, composite, and mechanical systems.

We value a strong marine design background (5–8 years), proficiency in Rhino and AutoCAD, and the ability to collaborate with suppliers, shipyards, and clients while mentoring junior engineers.
