Aldwych Consulting Ltd invites applications for a Head of Building Maintenance on a prestigious private rural estate in Bedfordshire. The role combines historic building conservation, surveying, maintenance, project management and strategic estate oversight.

You will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, coordinate refurbishments, supervise contractors, and help shape long-term maintenance plans while living on the Estate with subsidised accommodation.
