Pastoral Head of Year (Non-Teaching) – West London

Reeson Education in West London is seeking an innovative Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the year group’s pastoral support, attendance, and achievement. The post holder will lead the pastoral team and contribute to school leadership while working with pupils and families.

The role is an ASAP/September start in a school with outstanding facilities and a strong emphasis on safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Salary is £180-£210 per day.
