Executive Network Legal Limited in Birmingham seeks a Criminal Solicitor (Proceeds of Crime) with 4+ PQE to join a specialist prosecution team handling complex and sensitive matters. You will advise on asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement and work closely with police and partners to shape case strategy.
The successful candidate will be UK-qualified solicitor or barrister, with strong criminal law experience and exposure to proceeds of crime or financial investigations.
