Lead Room Practitioner – Baby & Toddler Room

Willing Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Room Leader for either the Baby Room or Toddler Room in Weymouth, UK. The role supports the Room Leader, leads the room team, and ensures high-quality early years education.

With Level 3 EYFS qualifications and experience in Baby/Toddler settings, you will apply safeguarding and EYFS knowledge, lead activities, and mentor staff, while stepping up to Room Leader when needed. 41 hours weekly, all year round.
