Facilities Mechanical M&E Engineer – Water Hygiene & HVAC

4Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer with a strong mechanical bias to join our facilities team on a busy university campus in Colchester. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical building services, ensuring compliance and reliability while supporting water hygiene management.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, knowledge of ACOP L8/HSG274, and the ability to work in occupied environments. Out-of-hours call-outs may be involved.
