Strategic Commissioning Lead – Adult Social Care

Sefton Council is seeking a Commissioning Officer to shape, develop and improve Adult Social Care services. You will support strategic commissioning, procurement, contract management and market development to enable residents to live independently and healthily.

The role combines strategic thinking with project management, stakeholder liaison and service review to ensure high quality, value-for-money services aligned with the Council’s priorities.
