Development Lead, Therapeutic Horticulture Toolkits (Scotland)

Trellis Scotland is seeking a Development Officer to lead the creation, piloting and launch of sector-specific therapeutic horticulture toolkits across Scotland. This role focuses on turning knowledge into practical resources for GP surgeries, care homes, hospitals and community organisations.

You will manage projects, build partnerships with NHS and social care providers, run hands-on programmes for frontline insight, and help move Trellis toward a scalable train-and-enable model.
