Tenancy & ASB Case Manager – Neighbourhood Housing

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting a Tenancy Officer to join a housing association team in Islington, managing a Waltham Forest patch and delivering a customer-focused tenancy service with emphasis on ASB case work and tenancy sustainment.

You’ll carry out tenancy visits, investigate ASB, work with residents and partner agencies, maintain records, and identify safeguarding concerns to ensure steady tenancies and safe, welcoming communities.
