Fixed-Term Engagement Mentor for Local Employment

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting three Engagement Mentoring Officers on a fixed-term basis until March 2028. The roles will involve engaging with residents to access employment and training, mentoring and supporting individuals on their career journeys, and monitoring progress on funded projects.

Applicants should have IAG Level 3 or equivalent, at least two years’ experience in Post 16 education and/or employment and skills, and proven mentoring and caseload management
