Despatch Operations Lead – OTIF & Safety

Genuit Group seeks an experienced Despatch Supervisor to lead day-to-day despatch operations, ensuring orders are picked, loaded and dispatched on time with a strong emphasis on health, safety and quality. The role requires hands-on leadership and proactive problem-solving across the despatch team and wider operation.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor performance against KPIs, and support colleagues to maintain high service levels while prioritising safe working practices.
