Maintenance Contracts Lead – Social Housing (London)

Catch 22 is recruiting a Maintenance Contract Manager to lead a responsive repairs, maintenance and voids contract across North and East London. You will manage day-to-day service delivery for a busy resident-led operation with a strong customer focus.

The role requires proven contracts management experience in social housing repairs and the ability to lead multi-trade teams, environments with KPI delivery, and client relationship management. A full UK driving licence is essential.
