Field Service Engineer – High-Volume Diagnostics (HVD) North East

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a customer-focused Field Service Engineer to support High Volume Diagnostics across Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland. You will manage Roche HVD hardware, software, and IT solutions, ensuring high system uptime and excellent service delivery for hospital laboratories.

The role requires an engineering background (Electrical/Mechanical) and hands-on IVD troubleshooting, with a customer-centric approach and ability to train lab staff.
