ABOUT THE CLIENT
We’re working with an established professional services business where technology plays a huge part in how the organisation operates day‑to‑day.
They’re looking for an experienced Technical Support / Infrastructure Administrator to join the team, taking ownership across both user support and the wider infrastructure estate.
THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT / INFRASTRUCTURE ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
This is a really varied position for someone who enjoys getting involved across the full IT estate.
You’ll provide day‑to‑day technical support to users whilst also managing and maintaining the wider server, cloud and virtual infrastructure. There’s a strong BAU element, but you’ll also be involved in projects and improvements across the environment, so it’s a role that should keep you on your toes.
You’ll work across Microsoft 365, Azure, Google Workspace, Windows Server and Hyper‑V, alongside networking, security, backups and disaster recovery.

Experience administering Google Workspace would also be highly beneficial.
