Java Developer – Security & Identity
Job Title: Senior Software DeveloperLocation: Dunton, Basildon, Essex – 4days per week on site.Day Rate: Up To £577 per day inside IR35Start Date: Next two weeksJob Type: Initially until the end of the year (likely to extend for 12 months)

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
- Designing and building high-scale backend services using Java
- Developing secure and resilient identity and access management solutions
- Working on systems supporting high-volume transactional workloads in a regulated environment
- Applying Test-Driven Development (TDD) throughout the software development lifecycle
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong experience in backend software engineering
- Strong Java development experience
- Experience designing and building high-scale, highly available backend services
- Experience working within financial services, banking, lending, payments, or other regulated environments
- Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms
- Knowledge of OAuth, OpenID Connect, SSO, or authentication services
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure
