Night Shift Lead — Senior Carer for Dementia Care Home

Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Night Shift Leader for Magdalen House, a 29-bed residential care home for older people. The role focuses on safe, compassionate night-time care with medication administration responsibilities and a strong emphasis on resident wellbeing.

We value experienced carers with dementia knowledge and Level 3 Health & Social Care qualifications; 36 hours weekly on a 2-week rota, 8pm–8am, with some Saturday nights. Training and development opportunities are offered.
