Primary Care Mental Health Lead – Access & Collaboration

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust in Kirkby is seeking a Mental Health Lead to join the Primary Care Mental Health Team. You will help improve collaboration between primary care and secondary care services to support patients to access the right service at the right time and place.

The post will involve working closely with Kirkby GP practices, Kirkby PCN and Mersey Care to support individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, with a focus on delivering safe, high-quality care.
