Regional Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Travel RN)

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the region, supporting several care homes. You will lead nursing teams, drive clinical governance, and ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

You will be an experienced RN with NMC registration and a teaching or supervision qualification, with HR, budgeting and sales/marketing knowledge, and a track record in preceptorship and safeguarding. Travel is essential.
