EMEA Senior Marketing Exec: Digital, CRM & eStore

Matchtech is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive commercial growth across EMEA with hands-on ownership of digital marketing, CRM, eStore, and multi-channel campaigns. The role is hybrid in Aldermaston, with two days in the office, and involves coordinating internal and external creative resources to deliver campaigns on time.

You will manage CRM and email activity, support brand launches, and track KPIs to optimise performance.
