Senior CRM Lead — Equity & Data-Driven Growth (US/CA)

HeliosX Group is seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead end-to-end CRM strategy across US & Canada markets, shaping multi-channel campaigns and segmentation to maximise customer lifetime value. You’ll collaborate with Product, Creative, Brand, Clinical and Analytics teams, implement new processes, and report on performance.

Excellent English, BI skills and experience with ESPs (Braze desirable) are essential.
