Social Media Growth Manager

• Own the day-to-day management of FlightStory’s indirect revenue social channels: Snapchat, Facebook, TikTok and Shorts
• Drive audience growth and maximise revenue opportunities for Shows and Creators
• Develop and execute strategies that expand shows and creators’ reach
• Increase engagement and optimise content performance for monetisation
• Grow show and creators’ audience size and engagement across Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
• Develop and execute content strategies that drive views, retention and monetisation opportunities
• Optimise performance using analytics, trends and platform insights
• Significantly increase audience size and engagement rates across key platforms within 6-12 months
• Optimise content strategy for revenue generation and develop a scalable system for consistent growth

Requirements

• Deep understanding of social media growth strategies, particularly on YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and TikTok
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent content judgment-knowing what will resonate, engage, and convert
• Experience managing social channels in a fast-paced environment
