About the Role
You will be responsible for a team of Refrigeration Engineers, ensuring that all planned and reactive maintenance tasks are completed on time and to budget. You will manage the call-out rota and ensure adequate, safe cover at all times across your regional patch in South London.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of Refrigeration Engineers
Plan, schedule, and oversee PPM and reactive maintenance across supermarket sites
Manage the on-call rota and ensure 24/7 safe cover
Monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and budgets
Ensure full compliance with F-Gas, H&S, and refrigerant handling regulations
