Operating across multiple regions of the UK for around four decades, our client delivers reactive and planned maintenance across social housing and commercial contracts, and has grown steadily — including through recent strategic acquisitions.

• Up to £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience
• Company vehicle provided

• Door-to-door travel time paid after the first 30 minutes each way

Key Responsibilities – Access Control and Door Entry Service Engineer

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on door entry and access control systems
• Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
• Covering the out-of-hours on-call rota
• Working flexibly to manage weekly workload, including overtime when requiredLogging completed works accurately via the company’s job management system
• Completing timesheets and required documentation to deadline
• Working in line with company health & safety procedures

Skills and experience – Access Control and Door Entry Service Engineer

• Proven experience in door entry and access control systems — other trade disciplines advantageous
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with installation, servicing and repairs
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
