Recruitment Delivery & Account Growth Specialist

The Logistics Partnership in Totton/Southampton is seeking a Recruitment Delivery & Account Development Consultant to join our team. This office-based role involves weekly visits to local client sites and managing temporary staffing solutions to grow our Southampton operation.

You will work with the Regional Business Manager to onboard new accounts, maintain strong service levels and provide consultative staffing support. Prior recruitment experience and a valid UK driving licence are important.
