Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to take your career to the next level with the UK’s leading recruitment brand? Reed Edinburgh is expanding our successful Sales division and we’re looking for an ambitious recruiter with a proven track record in recruitment. Whether you currently recruit into sales, commercial, business support or another specialist market, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing and developing a warm desk within the Sales market
- Building strong relationships with clients across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas
- Winning new business opportunities through proactive business development
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Negotiating offers and supporting successful placements
- Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates

- Previous experience within recruitment is essential
- A track record of achieving targets and delivering results
- Strong business development and client management skills
