Residential Property Lawyer – Hybrid, 9-Day Fortnight

Clayton Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its Bristol team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions and handle freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing and transfers of equity.

You will build strong relationships with estate agents and introducers, work with a small team of paralegals and assistants, and coach/mentor junior members.
