Parking Enforcement & Appeals Officer

Solihull Council is seeking Parking Officers to join the Parking Service team. The role involves delivering parking and traffic management in a fair, efficient, and compliant manner, with opportunities for permanent and fixed-term contracts.

You will process PCN appeals, assist with permits, assess evidence, prepare Tribunal cases, and respond to residents and businesses by phone, email, and in person. Hybrid working is available.
